Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Balman Recreation generally processes refunds and returns for products within 21 days of the date of purchase, should the purchaser have a change of heart. If a customer receives a product that for some reason doesn’t work as intended, or is damaged, then the customer may be entitled to a refund within 60 days of date of purchase.

We consider the day customer service is reached for a refund as the start of the process. This means that, for example, if you start a refund on day 19, but we don’t receive the product until day 23, you are still eligible.

To be eligible for a return based on a change of heart, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

An order number and matching purchaser information is required to process a refund.

We do not accept any returns or give refunds on blemished goods. Products sold as blemished are sold as-is.

In order to start a return or refund, contact customer service at service@balmanrecreation.com. They’ll walk you through the return process. Products must be returned to Balman Recreation before a customer is eligible for a refund. If we find that your product is not damaged and works as intended, we will send it back to you, but you may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@balmanrecreation.com. We will check with our payment processors to make sure you get your money back.

Sale items

Items purchased on sale can only be refunded for the original purchase price. Goods sold as “blemished” are not sale items, and are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

At this time, we are not exchanging items, but we are happy to walk you through a return process. Contact us at service@balmanrecreation.com for help.

Shipping returns

Customer service will tell you a return address if you’d like to return your items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the products will be retained by Balman Recreation. If you do not receive a refund, we will send the items back.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
